It is essestial to set up an initial 15min consulation for the  VA/SMM to understand the prospect client’s  goals and needs. After the initial consultation, a 30min session will be scheduled to get a deeper understanding of the client’s business and requested tasks. Then a proposal will be emailed by the VA/SMM to the client, once the client approves the proposal, the VA will start the work.

There are several communication video and messaging tools use to stay in touch with clients, such as email, zoom, skype, facetime, among others.

There is no specific timeframe for this. If you want to organically grow your following for conversion into consumers for your business, then it can takes months or sometimes years. If you paid for hours in advanced and those hours were not worked by the VA/SMM, the hours will roll over to the following month.

By scheduling a phone call or zoom conference, brands/future clients will personally get to know the person behind the social media channel. The future clients and Eva will be able to work directly with the promotion of the brand and or business in a more personable way.

The future client can communicate with the virtual assistant/SMM  via email, text or phone call. The times for communications will be set during the interview and before the contracts are signed.

Yes, you can cancel services at any time, but an advanced  two-weeks notice is required.

Unfortunately, hours paid in advanced cannot be refunded but the VA/SMM will work the remaining hours or until work is fulfilled and completed.
